ENTRANCE HALL: Upon entering the apartment on the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with plenty of room for storing your luggage and gear. It features a washer/dryer for added convenience.
BATHROOM: Before accessing the living area, the bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN: The spacious and modern living area is designed to meet all your needs during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen with a cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, making it perfect for entertaining.
TV AREA: For your enjoyment, the TV area features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV with access to popular streaming services like Disney+.
MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, and a bedside table with a lamp. A desk and chair are provided for those who need to catch up on work. The window is equipped with both Venetian and a roller blind that can be adjusted for privacy and light control.
SECOND BEDROOM: The cosy second bedroom features two single beds, perfect for families or friends travelling together. There is plenty of storage space with a wardrobe and drawers, and the window is fitted with a Venetian blind.
BACK YARD/PATIO: The small but covered private patio can be accessed from the master bedroom, providing a relaxing outdoor space protected from rain.

The shared terrace on the 3rd floor is accessible via a striking glass staircase with 39 steps and features a one-of-a-kind ambience that perfectly blends style and comfort. It's shared with 4 other units in the building and is a great relaxing spot.
