This gracefully furnished apartment was refurbished in 2020. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay, including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob (no oven), and microwave. The dining and living area benefit from lots of light from the large window. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms; room one on the ground level has a king-size bed, and room two, on the upper floor, has 3 single beds.
There is also a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed for the 6th and guest. You will have exclusive access to a private patio fitted with a table and chairs, parasols, sunbeds, and a barbecue. The apartment has a beautiful fireplace that enhances the mood on winter nights.
You will also share the swimming pool with the other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi. The apartment also boasts a Smart TV, air conditioning, and WiFi.
