Please note:
- Accessibility: Please be aware that the apartment is located on the first floor. Access requires climbing 26 steps, and there is no lift (elevator) in the building.
- Sofa Bed Policy: For bookings of 2 guests, the standard setup includes one double bed. The sofa bed can be prepared for an additional charge. Please inquire if you require separate sleeping arrangements.
- Family Amenities: A travel cot and high chair are available for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request these items in advance.
- Security: For your safety, a sound-noise detector is installed in the apartment. This device only monitors noise levels to enforce the no-party rule and does not record any audio. CCTV cameras are also in operation in the common areas of the building.
