The apt is on the 2nd floor, accessible by a lift, and is fully equipped with amenities like a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The beds are king-size, measuring 200 x 150 cm. The living area has a sofa bed, dining table, chairs and a Smart TV. Fiber WiFi is available throughout.

- Located off the corridor with a shower.

- Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a window.

All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort.

Other things to note

Security:
A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations. Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of booking may enter the apartment.

Family Amenities:
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Extra Sofa bed:
The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 4 guests. For bookings of 4 guests or fewer, 2 double beds are provided. Please inquire for more details.

Air Conditioning:
