The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment.
Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire studio apartment and its private terrace.

- Shared Gym: A well-equipped fitness centre with treadmills and weights. Open daily from 6:00 to 22:00.
- Shared Workspace: A stylishly furnished co-working lounge with desk spaces and sofas. Available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:55 to 17:00.
- Free Parking: One dedicated parking space is included with your stay.
- Lift Access: The building is equipped with two lifts for your convenience.
We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you flexibility on arrival. Our team is always available to assist you. Should you have any questions or need recommendations, you can reach us through the booking platform.
- There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.
