This spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartment features 2.5 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living room. It is located on a peaceful road 5 minutes from Kentish Town tube station. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor, and the 2 bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The flat has amenities like a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The living area has a sofa, dining table, chairs, and a Smart TV. Fibre WiFi is available throughout.

All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. (No A/C)

Apartment Layout:
Please be aware that the entrance, kitchen, living area and WC are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs on the lower ground floor.

Security:
A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations. Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of booking may enter the apartment.

Family Amenities:
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Long Stays: For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.
