Please be aware that the entrance, kitchen, living area and WC are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs on the lower ground floor.
Security:
For your security and that of the building, CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building. A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations.
Family Amenities:
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you.
Guest Count & Bedding:
The apartment is prepared with two beds for up to 4 guests. If your booking is for 4 guests and you require the use of the sofa bed in addition to the two main beds, this is available upon request for an additional charge.
