- Living & Dining: Unwind in the living area, distinguished by a stunning cherry blossom wall mural. This space includes a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a Smart TV, and a dining table with seating for six.
- Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the chic bedroom, which features a comfy UK Super-King bed (180 x 200 cm). A sofa bed in the living room is available for additional guests.
- Kitchen: The separate, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
- Bathroom: A spacious bathroom with a shower completes the space.
- Connectivity: Superfast 250 Mbps WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. You are also welcome to use the building's excellent shared amenities:
- Private Entrance: The apartment is accessed via a secure, keyless entry system.
- Shared Gym: Available for guest use from 6:00 to 22:00.
- Shared Workspace: A professional office space with four desks and sofas for meetings is available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:55 to 17:00.
- Parking: One free, dedicated parking space is included with your stay.
- Building Access: The building is equipped with two lifts for easy access to the apartment.
We value your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, contact-free stay. While we will not be on-site, we are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance via the messaging platform.
Please note:
There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.
- For an added layer of security, a noise detector is installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the building's common areas. Only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking for 2 guests. For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, the sofa bed is included in the price.
- A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional £40 per stay. Please request this in advance.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged for an extra charge.
