The space

Welcome to your stylish, 53 sqm themed studio in Orpington! Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and unique line-art decor, this space creates a memorable and comfortable stay for up to six guests.

The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy mezzanine sleeping space. Unwind on one of the two comfortable sofa beds while watching the Smart TV, or gather for a meal at the dining table that seats six. After a day of exploring, retreat to the comfortable super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night's sleep.

The neighbourhood

This is the perfect solution for anyone who works or travels in Central London but prefers a quieter and more suburban lifestyle.

Orpington is known for its green spaces and parks. One of the most prominent is Priory Gardens, which features well-maintained gardens, a pond, and a café. Several nature reserves and woodlands in the surrounding area offer outdoor activities and leisure opportunities.

The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio apartment. You are also welcome to use the building's excellent shared amenities.

- Private Access: The entire apartment is yours. Entry is via a secure, keyless system with a unique access code.
- Shared Gym: Stay active in the on-site gym, equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, and more. Available daily from 6:00 to 22:00.
- Shared Workspace: A vibrant co-working lounge is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It features four desk spaces and comfortable sofas, perfect for remote work. Available from 8:55 to 17:00.

The building is equipped with two lifts for easy access to the apartment.

Interaction with guests

We provide a seamless self-check-in process using a keyless entry system. While we give our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay, our team is always available and responsive via the messaging platform should you need any assistance or local recommendations.

Other things to note

- Potential for Noise:
There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The work is not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If the noise might affect your stay, it is best to book after the works are completed.

- Parties are strictly forbidden. A noise-sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the building's common areas for an added layer of security.

- Please note this is a studio apartment. The kitchen, living area, and bedroom are all integrated into a single, open-plan space without separate divisions.

- Bed Configuration: The number of beds prepared is based on the number of guests in your booking. Sofa beds are available upon request for an additional charge. Please inquire for details.
1-2 Guests: 1 bed (Super-king bed included)
3-4 Guests: 2 beds (Super-king bed + 1 sofa bed included)
5-6 Guests: 3 beds (Super-king bed + 2 sofa beds included)

- Optional Services: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Additional cleaning services for longer stays can also be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

- Multiple Units: We manage several apartments within this building, so the decor may vary slightly from the photos, but the high standard of quality and amenities remains the same.
