The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment.
Your stay also includes complimentary access to the building's shared facilities:
- Shared gym (available 6:00 - 22:00)
- Shared office workspace (available 8:55 - 17:00, operates on a first-come, first-served basis)
- Free Parking: One dedicated parking space is included with your reservation.
We value your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, contact-free stay. While we will not be on-site, we are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance via the messaging platform.
- There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

The workspace room is closed until further notice due to a health and safety issue caused by a leak.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- For an added layer of security, a noise detector is installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the building's common areas. Only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- Family Amenities: A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional £40 per stay, upon request.
- Additional Services: Extra cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged for an additional charge.
