Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen has all essential appliances, including a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, complete crockery, and kitchen utensils.
The bright living area has a cosy sofa and TV, a dining table with 4 chairs, and private access to a small private balcony.
