Other things to note

Security:
A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations. Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of booking may enter the apartment.

Family Amenities:
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance.

Long Stays:
For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.

Location:
The apartment is close to the railway, and passing trains can be heard from the primary bedroom. However, the noise level remains below 55 dB, ensuring minimal disturbance.

Other:
The Smart TV can be used only with your own streaming accounts, as there are no cable channels available.
