Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom, perfect for up to 6 guests. It is located on a peaceful road, just 5 minutes from Kentish Town tube station, and spread across two levels, with amenities such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Fibre WiFi is available throughout.

Other things to note

Apartment Layout:
Please be aware that the entrance, kitchen, living area and WC are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs on the lower ground floor.

Security:
A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations. Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of booking may enter the apartment.

Family Amenities:
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Long Stays: For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.

The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge of £55 when booking 4 guests. For bookings of 4 or 3 guests, 2 beds are provided. Please inquire for more details.

The Smart TV can be used only with your streaming accounts, as no cable channels are available.
