The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. A seamless and secure self-check-in is provided via keyless entry with access codes for both the main building and the apartment door.
Guests are also welcome to use the shared building amenities:
- Shared Gym: Available for guest use from 6:00 to 22:00.
- Shared Workspace: A co-working space with four desks and a sofa area is available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:55 to 17:00.
- Free Parking: One dedicated parking space is included with your stay.
- Lift Access: The building is equipped with two lifts for convenient access to the apartment.
We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay. We offer a seamless self-check-in process, we are always available to answer questions or provide assistance via the messaging platform. We do not live on-site but can be reached should you need anything.
- There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

- Parties are strictly forbidden; only guests registered during the reservation can access the apartment.
- Security Measures: For your safety and the comfort of all residents, the apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device (measures decibels only, no recording) and CCTV is active in the building's common areas.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- Travel Cot & High Chair: Available for a single charge of £40 per stay. Please request in advance.
- Sofa Bed: The sofa bed is automatically prepared for bookings of 5 or 6 guests. For smaller groups requiring a third bed, please request in advance. An additional fee will apply.
- One bedroom has a skylight window that cannot be closed, so the room does not get completely dark.
