PLEASE NOTE! Only the guests mentioned in the reservation will be granted access to the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE! Parties are strictly forbidden, and only the guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE! Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, providing a comfortable space for smokers. Please note that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine to cover sanitisation costs.

PLEASE NOTE! We can arrange in person a late check-in between 20:01 and 23:59 for an additional fee of €40, payable in cash upon arrival.

PARKING:
Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking space. However, there are several parking options nearby. Once your booking is confirmed, we will be happy to share all the useful information about available parking options in the area.
