Welcome to our superb split-level apartment, just a 5-minute walk from Kentish Town Tube station! This bright and spacious home features 2 ensuite bedrooms with UK king beds (200x190 cm), 3 bathrooms, a private patio, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. With an internal staircase, ground-floor entrance, underfloor heating and WiFi throughout, it's ideal for families or groups of up to 4.

Lower Ground Floor:

- Living Area: Features a dining table and 4 chairs, a cosy sofa, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and fridge freezer. This area also provides access to a private patio.

All windows have double glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort. (There is No Air conditioning.)

The building has double gate access codes and CCTV in communal areas.
