This spacious home features 2 ensuite bedrooms with UK king-size beds (200 x 190 cm), 3 bathrooms, a private patio, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and modern appliances. With an internal staircase, ground-floor entrance, underfloor heating and WiFi throughout, it's ideal for families or groups of up to 4.

All windows have double glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort. (There is No Air conditioning.)

The building has double-gate access codes and CCTV in the communal areas.

Other things to note

Security:
A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations. Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of booking may enter the apartment.

Family Amenities:
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Long Stays: For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.
