Our one-bedroom flat in Zone 1 is in a prime central London location. The bedroom features a comfortable UK double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. Just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus, Soho, and Leicester Square, you’ll be in the middle of London’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. The flat also offers fibre Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a convenient stay.

Located on the 2nd floor (please note there is no lift, and there are 37 steps from the street to the apartment entrance).

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are no shared areas — you’ll have full privacy throughout your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is no lift and 37 steps from the street to the entrance).

- The bathroom is ensuite, meaning it is directly attached to the bedroom.

- The bedroom faces a quiet backyard for a peaceful stay.

- The living room faces a busy road, so some noise is possible due to the central location.

- The sofa bed is included when booking for 3 or 4 guests.

- The sofa bed is not included by default for 2 guests but can be arranged for a one-off fee of £55.
