Our one-bedroom flat in Zone 1 is in a prime central London location. The bedroom features a comfortable UK double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. Just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus, Soho, and Leicester Square, you’ll be in the middle of London’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW - Scaffolding outside the building is affecting the Wi-Fi.

The space

Located on the 2nd floor (please note there is no lift, and there are 37 steps from the street to the apartment entrance).

Please note: the living room faces a busy road, so due to its super-central location, there may be some noise.

The neighbourhood

You’ll stay in central London's heart, just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus, Soho, and Leicester Square. This vibrant area is packed with restaurants, bars, theaters, and shops, making it perfect for both sightseeing and nightlife.

For culture lovers, the West End theaters, National Gallery, and Covent Garden are all within easy walking distance. If you enjoy strolling, nearby streets are full of historic landmarks, boutique shops, and street performers.

The area is extremely well-connected: several tube stations and bus stops are just minutes away, giving you easy access to the rest of London. Whether you’re here for shopping, dining, sightseeing, or entertainment, this location puts the best of London right at your doorstep.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are no shared areas — you’ll have full privacy throughout your stay.

Our team can answer any questions you may have before and during your stay. We’re happy to provide tips, answer questions, or help with anything else you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Other things to note

PLEASE NOTE:
- As of March 10th, scaffolding has been installed outside the building, which has affected our broadband cables. The engineer will not be able to address this issue until the scaffolding is removed.
In the meantime, we have provided a Wi-Fi dongle to maintain connectivity. The average speed with this temporary solution is approximately 10–12 Mbps.
Please be aware that there may also be some noise from the scaffolding work during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

- The bathroom is ensuite, meaning it is directly attached to the bedroom.

- The bedroom faces a quiet backyard for a peaceful stay.

- The living room faces a busy road, so some noise is possible due to the central location.

- The sofa bed is included when booking for 3 or 4 guests.

- The sofa bed is not included by default for 2 guests but can be arranged for a one-off fee of £55.
