The neighbourhood

The apartment is located on Ladbroke Grove, close to Notting Hill and Portobello Road.

The area is lively, diverse, and well known for its cafés, restaurants, pubs, and independent shops. Portobello Road Market, famous for its antiques, food stalls, and vibrant atmosphere, is just a short walk away and comes alive especially on weekends.

You’ll find a great selection of supermarkets, bakeries, and convenience stores within easy walking distance, as well as plenty of local spots to eat, drink, and explore. Green spaces such as Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are also nearby.

This neighbourhood is ideal for guests who want to experience the character of a local London area with a vibrant atmosphere and excellent amenities close by.

House rules

No shoes inside the apartment. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to protect the carpet and rugs.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and will not share any areas.

The apartment is located on the top (3rd) floor of the building and is accessible by stairs only. No lift!
This makes the property unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
