Boasting spectacular, unobstructed sea views across a historic Regency square, you’re a short stroll from Brighton Palace Pier, Sea Lanes, Beach Box Spa and Yellowave. Recently refurbished with elegant coastal interiors, this bright seafront stay offers a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and space for up to 4 guests.

The space

Recently transformed, following a high-quality refurbishment, the interior celebrates the sea with a sophisticated "marine aesthetic”.
Rich, deep sea tones meet period features to create a space that feels both historic and modern. The layout is designed for effortless comfort, making it “home away from home” for couples, families and professionals alike.

The Living Area:

Bathed in natural light, the spacious lounge features hand-picked furnishings from the Vintage Sofa Company. The dining table seats up to 4 guests and overlooks a serene Regency square, with the sea as its backdrop. This is a lovely social space for morning coffees, leisurely meals, evening drinks and conversation, or if you prefer, you can simply curl up, relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV.

The Kitchen:

A separate, fully equipped culinary space, featuring sleek cabinetry, an induction hob and oven, a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. With plenty of cookware, glassware and crockery, you can cook up brunch, lunch or dinner with ease, when you are not sampling the wonderful restaurants and cafes that Brighton has to offer!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

We offer hotel-quality bed linen to help settle you in for a perfect night of rest and rejuvenation!

- Bedroom 1: A tranquil sanctuary with a plush double bed and a private en-suite. Sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Sleeps 2.
- Bathrooms: No morning queues here! In addition to the en-suite in Bedroom 1, there is a second shower room and a separate toilet.

Marine Spendour sits on Marine Square, right in the heart of Kemptown StreetCheck - and what a neighbourhood to land in.
Described by Time Out as "a boho-enclave within a boho-enclave," Kemptown recently made Time Out's Top 50 World's Coolest Neighbourhoods.

Stretching from east of the city centre to Brighton Marina, it oozes village charm, community spirit, inclusivity and fun.
The architecture sets the tone: a glorious blend of elegant seafront squares and grand Regency crescents with lush green gardens.

Eating & Drinking

There's a lively hub of independent restaurants, cafés and pubs centring on St James's Street and St George's Road Visit Brighton, all within easy walking distance. Whether it's a different take on popular cuisine, stylish interiors or the latest thought-provoking must-reads, Kemptown knows what it likes.
For something a bit special, The Gothic Crab is Brighton's first seafood boil restaurant, taking inspiration from coastal USA and just minutes from the beach. After a big night, there's no shortage of places to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by.

The neighbourhood has a generous mix of independent shops, delis, vintage stores and indie and second-hand bookshops.
Brighton Flea Market, with its bright pink façade, is a great spot for thrifting in peace, while The Kemptown Bookshop, one of Brighton's oldest, spans three floors inside a charming Regency townhouse.

Nightlife & Events

With clubs and bars along the seafront, Kemptown has a vibrant nightlife scene.
The annual Brighton Pride Village Party takes place right here in Kemptown, closing off parts of St James's Street and Marine Parade.
For something more quirky, the Haus of Cabaret hosts drag brunches and entertainment nights inside a Grade II-listed former mausoleum.

The Beach Box Sauna Spa offers a unique outdoor sauna experience right on the beachfront, featuring wood-fired saunas, a plunge pool, and natural body treatments; open year-round and approved by the Swedish Sauna Academy.

To maintain the serene atmosphere of the regency square, we have a strict no pets and no parties policy.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the whole flat.

Interaction with guests

We are available for guests from 9 am to 9 pm every day.
